About The Owner
Christopher Russell, owner and master carpenter, has over 30 years of experience as a cabinetmaker, contractor, and finish painter. His expertise and skills surpass the common contractor and guarantee a beautiful finished product. Christopher grew up in Rye, New York, and is a graduate of Salisbury School and Connecticut College.
Christopher found his passion for carpentry as a set builder for theater productions at Connecticut College and soon discovered cabinetry to be his natural talent, and after college began his career as a lead carpenter and job supervisor at a Westchester, NY contracting company. Eventually, Christopher established Carpentry Classics LLC to address the needs of clients looking for a higher level of quality and integrity in a contractor. Carpentry Classics LLC is committed to producing a quality product by using the most up-to-date materials and techniques. By attending yearly seminars and continuing education, Christopher is able to keep abreast of the latest trends and equipment in the industry.
Christopher currently resides in Greenwich, CT, with his wife, two children, and dog.
